Manufacturing and design

FRP pipes are manufactured using the state-of-the-art filament winding process. The product ranges from 50 mm to 3000 mm dia. pipes. The number of joints in a pipeline is minimised, thus reducing the chances of angular defection and leakage. All raw materials are carefully selected based on vendor certification and compliance with our quality standards.

FRP pipes are made with two different manufacturing processes-viz. the Dual Helical Filament winding and Filament winding by Advancing mandrel method. These can cater to the above-ground and underground piping requirements. To ensure optimum efficiency, piping systems must effectively withstand a wide range of pressure, temperature and corrosive conditions. FRP pipes are precision-engineered and are ideal for various applications. These include conveyance of water for irrigation, conveyance of storm and wastewater, drinking water systems and various applications in industry.
